1. Reservation Confirmation

All services are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only after full or partial payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all booking details and notifying us immediately of any errors or necessary corrections.


2. Cancellations Policy

  • More than 24 Hours Before Service

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable processing fees, if applicable.

  • Less than 24 Hours Before Service

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service may incur cancellation fees and may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows

Same-day cancellations, missed flights without prior notice, failure to arrive at the meeting point, or no-shows are considered fully chargeable and are non-refundable.


3. Flight Delays & Schedule Changes

We understand that flight schedules may change unexpectedly.

If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the updated itinerary, subject to staff and service availability.

Additional charges may apply for significant schedule modifications, terminal changes, extended waiting times, or rebooking requests.


4. Refunds Policy

Eligible refunds will be processed within up to 7 business days, depending on the original payment method and banking institution.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

Processing times may vary depending on banks, card issuers, or payment providers.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The service has been partially or fully rendered

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows

  • Incorrect passenger, flight, or booking information provided by the client

  • Failure to comply with airport, airline, immigration, or customs regulations

  • Delays caused by the passenger’s late arrival or lack of communication


6. Force Majeure

T&J Airport Concierge Services shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or service limitations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Airport restrictions

  • Airline operational changes

  • Government actions

  • Security incidents

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes or transportation disruptions

In such cases, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
