Description of Services
Airport Assistance
Meet & Greet services are provided at designated arrival points for both domestic and international flights.
This includes personalized assistance upon arrival, luggage handling (up to three pieces per agent), and escort through the airport to your transportation or connecting flight.
Access to additional services, such as VIP lounges, is subject to availability, airport regulations, and prior booking.
Personalized Services
Clients are responsible for communicating any specific needs or special requests in advance.
We provide tailored solutions designed to meet individual travel requirements, including transportation coordination, itinerary support, and other premium services.
Transportation Services
Some transportation services may be operated by trusted third-party providers. While we carefully select our partners, T&J Airport Concierge Services assumes limited liability for third-party services.
Currency Exchange
We offer assistance with foreign currency exchange through secure and transparent processes.
Clients may withdraw cash from authorized ATMs (such as BBVA or Santander), or request delivery upon arrival, subject to prior coordination.
General Terms
Availability: All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
Accuracy of Information: Clients must provide complete and accurate details, including full name, flight information, and service requirements.
Third-Party Policies: Certain services may be subject to regulations set by airports or third-party providers. Clients are responsible for complying with such policies.
Pricing and Taxes: Rates do not include applicable taxes (VAT). Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of payment.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Arrive punctually at agreed meeting points
Provide all required documentation (passport, tickets, identification, etc.)
Notify any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours in advance
Limitation of Liability
T&J Airport Concierge Services is not responsible for:
Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes caused by airlines or airport authorities
External circumstances beyond our control
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings outside the direct scope of our services
Issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation
We do not open, inspect, or handle the contents of luggage. Our service is strictly limited to the physical handling and transport of baggage.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or cancel services due to operational reasons, force majeure, or instructions from authorities. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative solutions.
